The Smith School of Business at Queen's University offers programs that deliver the knowledge, skills and personal development leaders need to thrive in today's ever-changing business world. In Smith's Executive MBA, students are part of a team for the duration of the program and work with a dedicated Team Coach to learn how to quickly elevate their team’s performance, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Because business is conducted in teams, this team format gives students hands-on opportunities to practice leadership and team skills. Students also have the option to work with a Coach individually, in addition to their Team Coach, and this holistic culture of coaching is a unique and key differentiator of the Smith Executive MBA program.
