Jason Sealy

His deep belief in the potential of people makes Jason a sought-after coach, and team culture strategist, who designs and implements programs that help leaders thrive and teams win. Renowned for his innate adaptability, Jason is an engaging facilitator in diverse business and sports environments. A hyper curious, integrative thinker, Jason is adept at building productive relationships while developing strategies and recommendations in the face of challenge or adversity. For Jason, coaching is about movement and practice. He’s moved by the spirit of Dr. Maya Angelou, “Do your best until you know better, once you know better, do better.” Jason has been cultivating environments that foster wins for decades. Before founding Sealy Coaching and Performance, Jason ran athletic and recreation programs for institutions at the secondary and post-secondary level, taught advanced leadership and organizational behaviour and even built and executed development programs with high performance athletic teams.

Dr. Danielle Dobney

Through her decades-long career as clinician, professor, coach, and athletic therapist with the Canadian Olympic women's basketball team, Danielle is a consistently productive and integral member of the team. She is passionate about helping people be their best and brings a world class perspective and experience of what high performance looks like at the highest level, how to build and grow it. Danielle’s moved by the words of Serena Williams, “You have to believe in yourself when no one else does.” Dr. Dobney holds graduate degrees in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Toronto and McGill University. Vadim Levin

Vadim is passionate about facilitating growth and development through experiential learning and has been immersed in this work for more than a decade as a student-affairs professional. Working with graduate students at the Centre for Global Health at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health, Vadim applies both his education and training in psychology and sport to the programs he designs and implements empowering students to grow as global scholars and citizens. A thoughtful, big picture thinker, Vadim is moved by words from Walt Whitman, “Be curious, not judgmental.” Vadim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Business Management from Durham College. Miranda Ayim

A three-time Olympian who has played at the highest levels of women's basketball both professionally and as co-captain of Canada's national team, Miranda has navigated high performance with a calm nature and positive spirit for more than a decade. In her current role as a wellness and performance coach, Miranda is driven to help her clients build successful habits and emotional agility to set and achieve their goals. She is a dedicated, energetic leader and plant lady who loves to be surrounded by greenery! Moved by the words of George Eliot (Mary Ann Evans), "It's never too late to be who you might have been," Miranda is passionate about helping people reach their potential. A certified Wellness Coach and public speaker, Miranda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Psychology from Pepperdine University. Hayley Robertson

Driven to empower individuals and teams to become their best, Hayley embraces challenging conversations, making connections and resolving issues before they turn into problems for her team. She's done this work throughout her career as a varsity athlete and continues it as an Associate Coach with the University of Waterloo women's basketball team. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from Ryerson University. Moved by the renowned words of Teddy Roosevelt, "It is not the critic who counts; not the person who points out how the strong one stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the one who is actually in the arena," Hayley is passionate about self-development. Gloria Eid

A well-travelled writer, speaker, mentor and facilitator, Gloria approaches life and her work with joy and creativity. Gloria connects clients with becoming their own best mentor and life-long learner. Her diverse pursuits from legal studies and criminology to project management and professional communication are woven into her collaboration with clients as they navigate life, work and higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and Speech Communication from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Professional Communication from Ryerson University. Gloria is a passionate life and leadership coach fuelled by hip-hop, hummus, and human connection. Mike Alcorn

An experienced sponsorship and strategy consultant, Mike has worked with diverse organizations from conservation authorities and not-for-profits to provincial sports organizations and independent marketing agencies. He’s authored several journal articles and case studies that draw on his keen interest to find commonalities and patterns across varied subjects. Mike's also spent more than a decade immersed in high-performance collegiate sport as both athlete and coach with the University of Guelph Rowing Program and the Guelph Rowing Club. Open-minded and curious, he’s driven to understand and implement the many “off-field” elements that make a team successful. Mike is moved by the words of John Wooden, “Things work out best for those who make the best of how things work out.” Mike holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology, a Masters of Science in Integrative Biology, and a Masters of Arts in Sports Management. Carm is a Certified Wellness Coach passionate about holistic wellness and encouraging meaningful personal growth. Her focus is to support optimal wellness in order to lower stress, reduce the risk of illness and ensure positive interactions. Carm empowers her clients to thrive with health and wellness strategies that support effective sleep and nutrition, mental wellness and stress management. Following more than 15 years in marketing leadership roles with a variety of national corporations, Carm brings an intersectional lens to her coaching practice. She combines her passion for sport, fitness, health and wellness with her diverse experiences from within marketing & promotion teams, and from leading sport & event marketing operations. Lisa Huie

Lisa has been immersed in communications and strategy with cross-functional teams and world class brands for more than two decades. She loves a good puzzle and asks smart questions to uncover fresh insights and creative solutions for projects including branding, communications and stakeholder consultations. Lisa holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Film and Semiotics from the University of Toronto and a certificate in Design Thinking from IDEO. Gatherings around the table combine many of her favourite things - food, family, stories and laughing out loud. She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband and teenage sons. Iman Hassan

Committed to a growth mindset and helping others cultivate their own, Iman uses sport psychology practices to help high-performers, including students, athletes, entrepreneurs, and artists, optimize their potential. Iman believes that mental skills and sport psychology techniques are transferable life skills that can facilitate successful performance in a variety of domains including school, sport, and business. Her studies and research inform her work with clients, helping them to overcome psychological obstacles and develop the mental skills to achieve their performance and well-being goals. Iman is moved by the words of Robert Stevenson, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.” A Sports Psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Ottawa, Iman holds a Bachelor of Science from Delaware State University, as well as a Masters in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Nicole Jolly

An Adler trained executive coach certified by the International Coach Federation, Nicole’s insights are also informed by her successful career as a senior media and marketing executive. Nicole believes her clients are resourceful, creative and can find their answers within. She helps them unlock their own solutions to challenges in life and work. Nicole is motivated by helping people better understand themselves so that they can more effectively communicate and collaborate with those they influence and lead. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University and a Masters in Social Behaviour from the London School of Economics. Lisa Wylie

Lisa is a professional coach, speaker and facilitator who has dedicated herself to coaching women early in their leadership journey, to prepare them to be the impactful leaders the world so sorely needs. Always looking for ways to increase her impact, she volunteers with local organizations to boost others’ potential with her own coaching expertise, including the Positive Space Network, to build safer futures for LGBT youth. Lisa is moved by the words of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, “The problem with gender is that it prescribes how we should be, rather than recognizing how we are.” Lisa holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University after starting her post secondary journey studying Psychology and Philosophy at Western University. Mireille is a passionate coach and project management professional. For more than two decades, she’s contributed to the growth and success of diverse corporate teams including sales, service, IT and HR at renowned corporations like IBM and Bell Canada. An energetic, approachable leader and trusted advisor who is driven to help teams and individuals reach their highest potential, Mireille is moved by the words of speaker and author Les Brown, "you don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great." A dedicated mentor, Mireille is committed to giving back to young professionals and proudly serves as President of the Project Management Institute Durham Highlands Chapter. Mireille holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal, Executive MBA from Queen's University and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto. Rojin is an Adler-trained professional executive coach who has mentored and supported clients along their journey to challenge the status quo and break glass ceilings. With her strong listening skills and positive psychology focus, Rojin helps clients dig deep, increase their confidence and put their goals into action. Rojin is also a senior business consultant who has cultivated 10 years of financial services experience into leadership roles providing change management and strategic technology transformation guidance for large corporations. Peter is an ICF-accredited coach who works with clients navigating career transitions, preparing for new challenges, and teams that are committed to building and sustaining a culture of high performance. Peter’s coaching style draws upon his experience mentoring and leading diverse individuals and teams for leading lifestyle brands in Europe and North America. His coaching focuses on moving clients forward from a place of self doubt, uncertainty, and sometimes fear to a place of high performance. Transitions and adapting to new environments are recurring themes in Peter’s coaching practice. Moved by the words of Patagonia Founder, Yvon Chouinard, “how you climb a mountain is more important than reaching the top,” when Peter is not coaching, he can be found experimenting in the kitchen, wandering in nature, or paddling on Lake Ontario. Tidiane Diop is a research consultant who combines his clear understanding of quantitative and qualitative research, with his ability to communicate complex topics succinctly. He helps teams better understand how their programs deliver against objectives. His passion for global development and economics is matched by his passion for football (soccer) and basketball. Moved by the philosophy that "every day is game day" Tidiane approaches every pursuit with the intensity and intention to perform at the highest level. Currently completing his fourth year at the University of Toronto, Tidiane is an Economics major with a Specialist in Peace, Conflict & Justice. He's been awarded the PwC Canada Scholarship and the University of Toronto Student Leadership Award.
